Airbnb Apartment

This project involved the design of a contemporary duplex for a client who wanted to combine their residence with a rental unit on Airbnb. The architecture is based on clean lines and geometric volumes, with a minimalist and elegant aesthetic.

The design maximizes privacy and functionality for each unit, integrating large windows that provide natural light and cross ventilation. The façade stands out with modern materials, featuring wooden panels, metallic details, and a neutral color palette that enhances the greenery incorporated into the balconies and exterior spaces.

Each unit has an independent entrance, ensuring a comfortable living experience for both the owner and guests. Additionally, covered parking spaces were designed, along with an architectural lighting system that highlights the volumetry at night.

This project achieves a balance between design, functionality, and profitability, making it an ideal solution for those looking to optimize their real estate investment.
