Cardiology Center - Design for Care

This medical office and consultation center was designed to optimize functionality and comfort in a narrow urban lot. The architectural proposal features a glass façade, providing transparency, natural lighting, and a modern aesthetic.

Given its healthcare purpose, the design complies with strict building codes for medical spaces, ensuring efficient circulation, accessibility, and safety & hygiene regulations. Low-maintenance materials and construction solutions were integrated to create a healthy and functional environment.

The building includes a parking area, facilitating access for both patients and professionals. The volumetric composition and façade details combine metal elements, wood, and green walls, achieving a balance between modernity and warmth.
